What does AWKN mean?
AWKN stands for AWAKEN, without the A and E. We just wanted to make it cool by spelling it as AWKN. As for our tagline, it says: 'Awaken Your Inner Jewel', because we are all precious jewels and sometimes it's hidden deep within us.
How are you taking safety precautions during COVID-19?
Everyone that handles your jewelry and packaging has to wear gloves and a mask. Due to the transit of your package from our facility to your home, we do recommend that you wipe down the outer packaging with a sanitary solution before opening your items.
How do I take care of my fashion jewelry?
Although we spray tarnish resistant on all of our jewelry, it may still tarnish due to the way a customer takes care of the jewels. We recommend that you keep your jewelry away from water, keep it in a safe place, use the polish cloth in your package to clean it, and do not allow perfumes / lotions to get on your jewelry. Refer to your care instructions in your order for tips on caring for your jewelry.
What does Sterling Silver mean? Is it 925?
This means the jewelry meets the high quality standards of silver. If your Sterling Silver tarnishes, you can dip it in a foil lined bowl with warm water and baking soda. Brush it lightly with a tooth brush for a few mins, then rinse and let it air dry. Our Sterling Silver jewels are 925, which signifies that 92.5% of your jewelry is sterling silver, and the remaining 7.5% is made of alloy metals (mostly copper).

I just placed an order, where is my confirmation email?
You should receive a confirmation email within a few mins of submitting your payment. If you have not received it, please check your Promotions, Updates, or Spam folders. If the confirmation isn't there please email us.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 48 hours for your item to be packaged and shipped. You should receive your item within 7 business days. If for any reason there is a delay in shipment, you will be notified via email. At this time due to COVID-19, we may experience some delays in delivery.
Can I do NEXT DAY or SAME DAY Delivery?
At this time, we are not doing same day or next day delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location. We are currently shipping our items out of Connecticut. The average shipping time is 5-7 business days. If there is a delay in delivery for any reason, you will be notified. If you have any questions please email email@example.com (copy & paste email).
When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers will be sent to you once your item has been shipped. We take up to 48 hours to process orders so it is normal to receive your tracking number 3 days after you place an order. If you do not receive a tracking number after 5 business please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (copy & paste email).
I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in a wrong address, simply reply to your order confirmation email with your correct mailing address within 24 hours. If the address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one for you within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission as this is not our error.

What if there is an issue with my jewelry?
We do quality checks on all jewelry to ensure there are no damages before we send them out. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out via email at email@example.com (copy & paste email). Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, we offer a 100% money back guarantee if the item is returned to us within 15 days. You must ship it back at your own expense, and once we have received the product and examined the damage, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include your name, order number, and address inside the returned package.
Please note: If the item is not damaged, and you removed it from the package or worn it, then you are unable to receive a refund. If you place an order and request a refund before the package has been delivered, then you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order and receive a refund with no penalty if you cancel it before your order ships. If the item is already sent out for delivery, please wait for the package to arrive and then return it unopened to receive a full refund. If the item is opened, you are unable to receive a refund.
Will I be charged a restocking or shipping fee?
If you no longer want your item, and it has not been opened, you can return it for a 100% refund. We do not charge restocking fees, however you are responsible for all shipping fees.
