Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days to contact us, request a refund, and return the item unopened. After 15 days refunds are void. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at with the subject: REFUND REQUEST. If your return inquiry is approved, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

Can I return a SALE item?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

What if there is an issue with my jewelry?

We do quality checks on all jewelry to ensure there are no damages before we send them out. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out via email (copy & paste email).Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, we offer a 100% money back guarantee if the item is returned to us within 15 days. You must ship it back at your own expense, and once we have received the product and examined the damage, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include your name, order number, and address inside the returned package. 

Please note: If the item is not damaged, and you removed it from the package or wore it, then you are unable to receive a refund. If you place an order and request a refund before the package has been delivered to you, then you must wait for it to arrive and then return it to us before receiving a refund.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please do not wear the jewelry or attempt to fix it yourself. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and worn items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges | Store Credit
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with your store credit code that will be sent to you after your item has been inspected.

Approved Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. This can take up to 5-7 business days.
