All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing your order. We use USPS to deliver our items to you. The typical delivery time frame is about 5 to 7 business days; however, you may receive your items much earlier if you place an order before 4pm EST Mon-Fri. We do not ship items over the weekend.
All orders are shipped with tracking numbers so you can track you order every step of the way! Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email then once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number in a separate. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control due to COVID-19.
How are you taking safety precautions during COVID-19?
Everyone that handles your jewelry and packaging has to wear gloves and a mask. Due to the transit of your package from our facility to yours, we do recommend that you wipe down the outer packaging with a sanitary solution before opening your items.
I just placed an order, where is my confirmation email?
You should receive a confirmation email within a few mins of submitting your payment. If you have not received it, please check your Promotions, Updates, or Spam folders. If the confirmation isn't there please email us.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 48 hours for your item to be packaged and shipped. You should receive your item within 7 business days. If for any reason there is a delay in shipment, you will be notified via email. At this time due to COVID-19, we may experience some delays in delivery.
Can I do NEXT DAY or SAME DAY Delivery?
At this time, we are not doing same day or next day delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location. We are currently shipping our items out of Connecticut. The average shipping time is 5-7 business days. If there is a delay in delivery for any reason, you will be notified. If you have any questions please email@example.com.
When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers will be sent to you once your item has been shipped. We take up to 48 hours to process orders so it is normal to receive your tracking number 3 days after you place an order. If you do not receive a tracking number after 5 business please email us firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if there is an issue with my jewelry?
We do quality checks on all jewelry to ensure there are no damages before we send them out. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out via email email@example.com.Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, we offer a 100% money back guarantee if the item is returned to us within 15 days. You must ship it back at your own expense, and once we have received the product and examined the damage, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include your name, order number, and address inside the returned package.
Please note: If the item is not damaged, and you removed it from the package or worn it, then you are unable to receive a refund. If you place an order and request a refund before the package has been delivered, then you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order and receive a refund with no penalty if you cancel it before your order ships. If the item is already sent out for delivery, please wait for the package to arrive and then return itunopened to receive a full refund. If the item is opened, you are unable to receive a refund.
Will I be charged a restocking or shipping fee?
If you no longer want your item, you can return it within 15 days for a 100% refund if your item has not been opened. We do not charge restocking fees, however you are responsible for all shipping fees.
I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in a wrong address, simply reply to your order confirmation email with your correct mailing address within 24 hours. If the address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one for you within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission as this is not our error.
